My favorite part is exactly 1:10 in- about email. Sad but true, I was there- this is exactly how the conversation went!!

I am so sorry that you are still dealing with this, but must admit that listening to them say Autism has be chuckling…

I applaud your care and tenacity to get what is required. It seems that we must fight many battles to get the basic things right for our special needs kids. I can only relate it to a song on the radio, that it will only make us stronger.
